Tom Bosley
Former Senior Vice President, Worldcom Network Services, MCI Worldcom Inc.

Mr. Bosley has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and general management. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Bosley provided management and financial consulting to an investment company in the Middle East and an equipment manufacturer in the U.S.  He has also provided consulting services to TNMG and EDS.

From the summer of 2002 to March 2005, Mr. Bosley acted as Chief Operating Officer of Telephone Systems International and served as a member of the Board of Directors. During that period, TSI developed and implemented the first GSM cellular network in Afghanistan.

Prior to TSI, Mr. Bosley was a Senior Vice President with Worldcom from January 1997 to March 2002, where he was ultimately responsible for all North American Operations including UUNET.  From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Bosley was Vice President of MFS Network Services.

Mr. Bosley’s career has included management positions at IBM and early foundation work at New York Telephone.  He holds a Masters Degree in Telecommunications Management from Pace University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Mercy College.
