Andrew Brenner currently Co-Heads the North American Distressed Desk for Morgan Stanley & Co.
From 1994 through 1996, Mr. Brenner was an Investment Banking Analyst with Lehman Brothers, Inc. within the Telecommunications and Media Group both in New York and London. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Brenner worked with Arthur Andersen & Co., in Hartford, Connecticut.
Mr. Brenner has served on various creditor committees and boards, both as a general member and chairman.
Mr. Brenner is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Columbia Business School. He holds a BA in English from Middlebury College, an MS in Accounting from the University of Hartford, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Brenner has been named “Honorable Mention” in Institutional Investor’s “All-America Fixed Income Research Team” three times.
